- Deliberation N.º23/GC/2010 – approves the Regulation of the General Council Commissions.
- Deliberation N.º24/GC/2010 – approves the PhD Students fees proposed by the Managment Council.
- Deliberation N.º25/GC/2010 – approves de proposal to nominate Mr.LuÃs Augusto Marques de Sena Lino PhD to be the Student´s Ombudsman, having heard the Senate and the Students in it.
- Deliberation N.º26/GC/2010 – approves de University of Madeira's Budget for the year 2010 proposed by the Rectory.
- Deliberation N.º27/GC/2010 – mandates the Rector to lead the negociations with MSTHE in order to enable the negociations between UMa and that institution.Â
- Deliberation N.º28/GC/2010 – ratifys the name of Duarte Nuno Jardim Nunes PhD as the President of the Directionof M-ITI-Association elected by their General Assembly.
- Deliberation N.º29/GC/2010 –approves the cooperation between the Carnegie Mellon University in the entertainment area proposed by the Rectory of the
University of Madeira and mandates the Rector to lead the negotiations.
