• Deliberation N.º40/GC/2010 - approves the Program of Development of Strategic Plan respecting the Central Services proposed by Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º41/GC/2010 - approves the Reform of the 1st and 2nd Cycles of Studies proposed by Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º42/GC/2010 - approves the Internal System of Quality Assurance proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º43/GC/2010 - approves the establishment of the Employment and Professional Training Observatory proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º44/GC/2010 - approves the Regulation of the Employment and Professional Training Observatory proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º45/GC/2010 - approves the Accreditation System of Proof of Exercise of Tuition Service at the University of Madeira proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º46/GC/2010 - approves the Rector on the mandate to prepare the document of UMa's budget distribution, make it to be assessed by the Commission of the General Council for Financial Affairs and also approved by the President of the General Council, following which should be submitted to the next General Council meeting for ratification.

• Deliberation N.º47/GC/2010 - approves the establishment of the Tourism Observatory proposed by Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º48/GC/2010 - approves the establishment of a single Regulation of Students Evaluation.
