12th of February meeting

• Deliberation N.º23/GC/2010 – approves the Regulation of the General Council Commissions.

• Deliberation N.º24/GC/2010 – approves the PhD Students fees proposed by the Managment Council.

• Deliberation N.º25/GC/2010 – approves de proposal to nominate Mr.Luís Augusto Marques de Sena Lino PhD to be the Student´s Ombudsman, having heard the Senate and the Students in it.

• Deliberation N.º26/GC/2010 – approves de University of Madeira's Budget for the year 2010 proposed by the Rectory.

• Deliberation N.º27/GC/2010 – mandates the Rector to lead the negociations with MSTHE in order to enable the negociations between UMa and that institution. 

• Deliberation N.º28/GC/2010 – ratifys the name of Duarte Nuno Jardim Nunes PhD as the President of the Directionof M-ITI-Association elected by their General Assembly.

• Deliberation N.º29/GC/2010 –approves the cooperation between the Carnegie Mellon University in the entertainment area proposed by the Rectory of the
  University of Madeira and mandates the Rector to lead the negotiations.
  
  
  

• Deliberation N.º30/GC/2010 – approves the Strategic Plan in a medium term for the four years 2010-2013 as proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º31/GC/2010 – renews the Rector's mandate to finish the negotiations with the MSTHE for the Specific Programme for the Development of the University of Madeira according with the general lines of orientation given to the Council to appreciate, as well as to preceed to its signature as a representant of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º32/GC/2010 – approves the Anual Activity Plan proposed by the University of Madeira.
  

• Deliberation N.º33/GC/2010 – approves the Consolidated Account for 2009 presented by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º34/GC/2010 – approves the Students Fees for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Cycles of Studies proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º35/GC/2010 – approves the Numeri Clausi for the 1st Cycle of Studies for the year 2010/2011 presented by the Rectory of the University of Madeira

• Deliberation N.º36/GC/2010 – approves the Code of Conduct presented by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º37/GC/2010 – approves the Students Disciplionary Regulation presented by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º38/GC/2010 – approves the Regulation on the Disciplinary Procedure presented by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º39/GC/2010 – approves the resolution proposition on the interpretation of the representativeness of the Investigation Centres in the Senate presented by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º41/GC/2010 - approves the Reform of the 1st and 2nd Cycles of Studies proposed by Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º42/GC/2010 - approves the Internal System of Quality Assurance proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º43/GC/2010 - approves the establishment of the Employment and Professional Training Observatory proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º44/GC/2010 - approves the Regulation of the Employment and Professional Training Observatory proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º45/GC/2010 - approves the Accreditation System of Proof of Exercise of Tuition Service at the University of Madeira proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º46/GC/2010 - approves the Rector on the mandate to prepare the document of UMa's budget distribution, make it to be assessed by the Commission of the General Council for Financial Affairs and also approved by the President of the General Council, following which should be submitted to the next General Council meeting for ratification.

• Deliberation N.º47/GC/2010 - approves the establishment of the Tourism Observatory proposed by Rectory of the University of Madeira.
