• Deliberation N.º65/GC/2011 - approves the Regulation of Social Services, proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º66/GC/2011 - approves to mandate the Rector to prepare the Consolidated Account of the University of Madeira 2010, to submit it for consideration and opinion of the General Council Comission for Financial Affairs and subsequently to the approval of the President of the General Council, after which should be submitted to the next General Council meeting for ratification.
• Deliberation N.º67/GC/2011 - approves the holding of an internal reflection on the adoption of the Foundational Regime, proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º68/GC/2011 - approves the methodology and schedule to follow in the process of reflection on the adoption of the Foundational Regime, proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.
• Deliberation N.º69/GC/2011 - approves the document on International Partnerships to adopt general measures as proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.
