• Deliberation No. 56/GC/2011 - approves the Electoral Regulations for the General Council of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation No. 57/GC/2011 - approves the Electoral Calendar for the election of student representatives or the General Council.

• Deliberation No. 58/GC/2011 - approves the Regulation of the Tourism Observatory proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation No. 59/GC/2011 - approves the creation of the Culture Council presented by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation No. 60/GC/2011 - approves the Regulation of the Culture Council proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation No. 61/GC/2011 - approves the Budget´s internal distribution per unit in 2011 proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation No. 62/GC/2011 - approves the Masters Tuition Fees for 2011/2012 proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation No. 63/GC/2011 - approves the Educational Project of the University of Madeira proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation No. 64/GC/2011 - approves the Interpretation of the University Statutes proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º65/GC/2011 - approves the Regulation of Social Services, proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º66/GC/2011 - approves to mandate the Rector to prepare the Consolidated Account of the University of Madeira 2010, to submit it for consideration and opinion of the General Council Comission for Financial Affairs and subsequently to the approval of the President of the General Council, after which should be submitted to the next General Council meeting for ratification.
• Deliberation N.º67/GC/2011 - approves the holding of an internal reflection on the adoption of the Foundational Regime, proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º68/GC/2011 - approves the methodology and schedule to follow in the process of reflection on the adoption of the Foundational Regime, proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.
• Deliberation N.º69/GC/2011 - approves the document on International Partnerships to adopt general measures as proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.

• Deliberation N.º70/GC/2011 - approves the composition of the General Council Comissions, after the integration of student representatives in the General Council, elected April 11, 2011.

• Deliberation N.º71/GC/2011 - ratifies the Consolidated Account of the University of Madeira for the year 2010.

• Deliberation N.º72/GC/2011 - endorses the direction proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira on the calendar and methodology of implementation of the Internal System of Quality Assurance.

• Deliberation N.º73/GC/2011 - sets the financial targets for 2012 and the timing of phase proposals.

• Deliberation N.º 74/GC/2011 - approves the schedule of monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the proposed financial targets for 2012.

• Deliberation N.º 75/GC/2011 - approves the composition of the General Council Commission for Financial Affairs, following the integration of Councilor António Brehm.

• Deliberation N.º 76/GC/2011 - approves the budget of the University of Madeira for the year 2012.
