- Deliberation N.º85/GC/2012 - approves the Rules and Procedures on Plagiarism proposed by Rectory of the University of Madeira.
- Deliberation N.º86/GC/2012 - approves to mandate the Rector of the University of Madeira to, at CITMA's next General Assembly decide, on the terms and conditions that has as convenient, on the issues then discussed.
- Deliberation N.º87/GC/2012 - approves the Election's Calendar for the General Council elections that will occur in 2012.
- Deliberation N.º88/GC/2012 - approves the amendments of the General Election Electoral Regulation.
