17th of February meeting

• Deliberation N.º80/GC/2012 – approves the amendment on the Regulation of the Employment and Professional Training Observatory, proposed by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.    

• Deliberation N.º81/GC/2012 – approves the tuition fees to be charged by the University of Madeira in the school year of 2012/2013.    

• Deliberation N.º82/GC/2012 – approves the general orientation lines of the Strategic Plan – 1st level, for the University of Madeira in the biennium of 2012-2014.    

• Deliberation N.º83/GC/2012 – approves the Activity Plan of the University of Madeira for 2012.    

• Deliberation N.º84/GC/2012 – approves the Evaluation and Responsabilization Framework of the University of Madeira for 2012.

• Deliberation N.º85/GC/2012 - approves the Rules and Procedures on Plagiarism proposed by Rectory of the University of Madeira.
• Deliberation N.º86/GC/2012 - approves to mandate the Rector of the University of Madeira to, at CITMA's next General Assembly decide, on the terms and conditions that has as convenient, on the issues then discussed.
• Deliberation N.º87/GC/2012 - approves the Election's Calendar for the General Council elections that will occur in 2012.
• Deliberation N.º88/GC/2012 - approves the amendments of the General Election Electoral Regulation.

• Deliberation N.º89/GC/2012 - approves the Consolidated Account of the University of Madeira relating the year 2011.

14th of September meeting

• Deliberation N.º90/GC/2012 - approves a commendation vote to Professor Dr. Luís Augusto Lino Marques de Sena for his performance in the line of duty as Student Ombudsman between May 2010 and May 2012.
• Deliberation N.º91/GC/2012 - approves the nomination of Mr. Jorge Maria Abreu de Carvalho for Student Ombudsman, heard the Senate and the Students with representation in the same board.
• Deliberation N.º92/GC/2012 - approves the budget of the University of Madeira for the year 2013.

19th of October meeting

• Deliberation N.º93/GC/2012 - ratifies the opinion of the General Council's Commission for Legal Affairs of 19.12.2012 on the term of the students representative's mandate elected in the midterm elections.
