The members of the General Council do not represent groups or any sectorial interests and are independent in the performance of their duties."Âa) Eleven representatives of teachers and researchers;
b) Three student representatives;
c) One non-teaching and non-researcher staff representative;
d) Six external personalities of recognized merit, not belonging to the University, with relevant knowledge and experience for the institution.
