- Deliberation N.º14/GC/2009 – confirms the consistent line in the opinion of Mr.Guilherme Silva on the mandates of the members of General Council, submitted by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.
- Deliberation N.º15/GC/2009 – approves the amendment of the terms of participation of Carnegie Mellon University to create the M-ITI (Madeira Interactive Technologies Institute) as shown by the Rectory of the University of Madeira.
