The General Council is composed of 20 members, namely:
a) Eleven representatives of teachers and researchers - appointed for four years;
b) Three student representatives - appointed for two years;
c) Six people from outside of recognized merit, not belonging to the institution, with expertise and experience
relevant to this - acting on behalf of four years.
